Recorded in a freezing cold Beijing in the middle of winter 2013 by Andy and long-standing production assistant and engineer Santi Arribas, this album for Chinese band AV Okubo was subsequently finished and mixed in London and released by leading Chinese independent label Maybe Mars.

This was the last album that Andy produced for an artist other than Gang of Four, once again his main focus from 2014 onwards.
